Wild Cherry • Red Plum • Blackberry • Chocolate
Vibrant, juicy and beautifully layered. Ripe red fruits lead the way, followed by sweet blackberry and plum, before settling into a silky chocolate finish. The natural process brings incredible sweetness and texture, while the Sidra variety maintains outstanding clarity and elegance.
About the Variety
Sidra has become one of the most exciting varieties in modern specialty coffee. Celebrated for its expressive fruit character, floral aromatics and refined acidity, it's a variety that consistently appears on competition stages around the world.
At Café Granja La Esperanza, Sidra is cultivated with the same meticulous attention to detail that has made the Herrera family one of the world's most respected producers. Their focus on innovation, precision and consistency allows this remarkable variety to reach its full potential.
The Natural Process
Only perfectly ripe cherries are hand selected before undergoing a carefully controlled natural process.
The cherries ferment under closely monitored conditions before being slowly dried to develop exceptional sweetness, complexity and mouthfeel. Throughout the process, Café Granja La Esperanza's Q Grader team carefully monitors every stage to ensure consistency, stability and an uncompromising cup profile.
Why We Chose This Coffee
