Our award-winning Baristas, Luca Croce, Kiah Parangue, Lyndon Recera and Mon Alpas, are based at our Al Barsha branch in Dubai.
When they’re not entertaining visitors, brewing coffees and showing off their barista flair, they conduct scientific experiments with flavour, and artistically roast green coffee beans to create world-class speciality coffees for customers, hotels and coffee shops across the United Arab Emirates.
